Won Ton Soup Recipe

The won tons floating in the soup resemble tiny clouds;
hence the name won ton, which means “swallowing a cloud.”

Ingredients:

18 - 24 won ton wrappers

Filling:
1/2 pound boneless lean pork, chopped finely (ground pork)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
a few drops sesame oil
1 teaspoon sherry
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 green onion, finely minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 dashes of white pepper
Water for boiling won tons
4 1/2 - 5 cups chicken stock
green onion, thinly sliced, as desired

Beef and Peppers in Black Bean Sauce

A Cantonese recipe

Ingredients:

4 ounces Sirloin beef sliced thin or thick steaks
3 green peppers (or red and green peppers as desired)
1/2 small onion
2 sticks of celery
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon MSG (if desired)
1 teaspoon black beans
2 cloves garlic
3 slices ginger
1/2 cup stock or hot water
2 tablespoons oil for cooking

Marinade:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

Creamy Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

9 oz (250 g) tomatoes
3 1/2 fl oz (100 ml) milk
2 tsp salt, or to taste
2 tbsp cornstarch (cornflour)
2 tsp melted chicken fat
1/4 tsp MSG (optional)

Directions:

1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds. Cut
in half, squeeze out the seeds, and peel. Cut into six
thin slices each and set aside.

2. Mix the milk, MSG, salt, and cornflour into a thick
sauce.

3. Bring 5 oz (150 ml) of water to a boil in a pot or wok.
Add the tomato slices and the sauce. Cook, stirring,
until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with the chicken fat
and serve.

Orange Cup Cinnamon Rolls Recipes

4 Oranges

1 Can of biscuits

Cinnamon

Powdered Sugar

Little bit of milk

 

Cut 1/3 of the orange off and scrape pulp from the insides of both pieces.

 

Take 1 biscuit and mash out. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar and cinnamon and layer with another biscuit and repeat. Usually takes 2 or 3 biscuits.

 

Roll up the layered biscuits and put into the hollowed orange. Add about a tablespoon of powdered sugar on top and a teaspoon of milk.

 

Replace top and wrap in tin foil.

 

Place in coals of campfire for about 30 minutes. Remove, unwrap, pull top off and out pops a delicious cinnamon roll with a hint of orange flavor!

ok,let me show you how to made Tomato Juice by yourself…It’s easy to do.

Ingredients:

3 pounds tomatoes, chopped
1 1/4 cups chopped celery with leaves
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
A couple shakes of Tabasco sauce, about 6-8 drops (to taste)
